All Neon Nights products come with an Arrive Safe Warranty to guaranteed against shipping breakage.

Please open your parcel as soon as it arrives. If your neon sign has arrived damaged, you will need to let us know within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for free replacement.

Our customer support team is happy to help. Attach detailed pictures of the broken sign. After reviewing and accepting your claim. We will send you a replacement neon free of charge.
