We can only repair signs that are made by Neon Nights. Sometimes, you will be sent replacement parts for your sign and will make the repairs yourself. So we request you to please save the box in which you received the sign, so you can use the same box to ship the sign back. The sign sent without its original packing for repair by the customer would not be accepted under warranty.
The Lifetime of the neon tube is 40,000 hours. If after that period LEDs are worn out but the acrylic board is still in good condition, the tubes on the sign could be replaced.
How to wire a neon sign If your light has stopped working. Check whether it’s a loose wire or a broken power supply. The cable we use is thin. This makes it less visible but sometimes the cables fall out or break at the terminals. Unplug the sign before you work on it. Check that cables are tightly secured in the terminals. The first question we always ask is. Is it a LED neon or glass neon? This is because the process is totally different for both. The first thing to do is contact the company you brought the sign from.
The most common issue is a broken transformer/power supply. We will need more details about the job to give you advice on this. It’s worthwhile sending a photo of the sticker on the power supply.

Custom signs have a no-refund, non-exchange policy because of being custom. Faulty Signs Our team inspects and verifies every order that ships out. However, sometimes a defective product reaches a customer. If your sign is defective, notify us within 48 hours, and we will arrange for your sign to be picked up by Aramex for free (excluding international customers). If the sign cannot be repaired, we will ship out a replacement for you for free. After 30 days, Neon Nights will still take care of any manufacturer warranty services, however, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. Once a repair is completed or replacement issued, Neon Nights will ship the equipment to you by Aramex, free. Signs that are determined to have been altered from their original specifications or used in a way that voids the manufacturer’s warranty will not be covered under the defective merchandise policy. Neon Nights reserves the right to refuse any return that does not fall within the above parameters or that shows excessive damage deemed to have been caused by actions outside normal operation. Missing components will cause a re-stocking fee of 20%. Safety This device is not planned for use by children – with a lack of experience and knowledge or reduced sensory, physical or mental capabilities. Unless we have given them instruction or supervision concerning the device by a person responsible for their safety. To ensure safety, please only mount the device to a structure capable of supporting a weight of 10kg (4.8lb) or more. The device should be mounted out of the reach of children, and possibly your intoxicated mates. The device is designed for indoor use only. Acrylic board is broken When the acrylic board is broken it is cheaper to replace the sign rather than repair it. When sold in good condition, it is not our responsibility to repair the acrylic board. If the acrylic board has broken on your sign in good faith, we with produce a replacement of the same design with a 15% discount applied. If you choose to repair acrylic, don’t use glue.
