How long will it take to make a sign?

All signs are handmade to order. Generally, it takes 5-7 days in production to complete an order.

How long does shipping take?

After requesting a quote, you will receive digital proof within 24 hours. You can make changes and go through as many proof rounds as you need to get your design the way you want it. Once you accept your proof and make payment. Your order moves into production and no further changes or cancellations are possible.

Your custom sign will be handcrafted and shipped out within 3-7 business days after the order is placed. We work our hardest to get your order to you on time, but know that our fulfilment times and carrier shipping estimates can change based on various factors, such as shipping delays, unexpected technical difficulties, or harsh weather. Your order will go through several stages in production, including printing, cutting, fabrication, quality assurance, and packing for shipment. All delivery dates are estimates and subject to change. If the approval proofing process or payment is slow, your delivery may be delayed. Our standard neon sign turnaround for any orders of between 1-5 signs is 3-5 business days.

UV printed acrylic backings can add up to 1-2 days to production time. We will discuss delivery times when your design is finalised. Depending on our production schedule, we will complete your sign within 3-5 business days. We will keep you updated on your production and let you know if any complications arise.

If your delivery date is important to you. Please note, that during checkout, you’ll see an estimated delivery date. We may update this date when you approve your proof. We do our very best to make these estimates as accurate as possible, but they are only estimates, and we do not offer delivery date guarantees.

Our lead time is typically 2-3 weeks from the order confirmation, but this can change on a daily basis, it just depends on how many orders we receive. Please enquire with us and we can give you an indication of up to date lead times. Custom orders typically arrive at your door within 3 weeks from the day of deposit or full payment.

Our current Standard turnaround, for any order between 1-5 signs is around 3-5 business days. These turnarounds do not include transit time (15 business days depending on your location). Orders of 5+ signs will require a few extra days to get set up and produced.

Depending on your place in the production schedule, expect a wait of 3 weeks for your sign to be delivered. We will be able to discuss delivery times when your design is finalised. Once an order has been placed, the specification is set in our system and our production team will plan production. Therefore, we cannot make changes at this point. What if my sign is broken when arrived?Accident happens. If your neon sign shows up and has been broken during shipping, please contact us via email within 24 hours of the delivery. The best thing for you to do is to take pictures of the box, broken sign in the box, showing the broken parts, and attach the pictures to your email. You can request either refund or replacement.
