Standard Delivery is Free for orders of $250 or more

Most orders, are sent using air freight with delivery by Aramex parcel service. However, larger orders (over 80kgs) ship by boat on a pallet.

For parcel orders shipping via Aramex, you’ll receive an email with all the tracking information as soon as your order is on its way to you (so you know when to wait by the door with excitement).

We ship all signs with power supply disconnected, to ensure safe transit, but don’t worry! We have a helpful wiring video here, and all you need are two hands and a flat surface 🙂

Our glass neon signs are delivered with plug in power supply, so no wiring required. Simply plug them in and flick the switch.

If your order is large and could be (over 80kgs), you may need a boat shipping service contact our Customer support team. We will assist in determining whether freight options are available to help you receive your order more quickly than standard freight.

For larger orders (80 kgs and over), all items are shipped together in stretch-wrapping for protection, on a pallet. All boat shipped deliveries will be to your curbside unless you have arranged an alternative with us beforehand.
