The Lifetime of the neon tube is 40,000 hours. If after that period LEDs are worn out but the acrylic board is still in good condition, the tubes on the sign could be replaced.

How do you fix neon signs?

If the sign cannot be repaired, we will ship out a replacement for you for free. After 30 days, Neon Nights will still take care of any manufacturer warranty services, however, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. Once a repair is completed or replacement issued, Neon Nights will ship the equipment to you by Aramex, free. Signs that are determined to have been altered from their original specifications or used in a way that voids the manufacturer’s warranty will not be covered under the defective merchandise policy. Neon Nights reserves the right to refuse any return that does not fall within the above parameters or that shows excessive damage deemed to have been caused by actions outside normal operation. Missing components will cause a re-stocking fee of 20%. Safety This device is not planned for use by children – with a lack of experience and knowledge or reduced sensory, physical or mental capabilities.
