Do you provide a warranty?

Yes, all of our signs come with a full 1-year warranty on materials and workmanship from purchase. What does the Warranty cover? Our warranty covers all electrical components from failure within the first year of ownership. However, this does not extend to any damage that may occur because of incorrect installation or damage during usage.

How long is the warranty?

All our products come with a 12-month guarantee. Replacements will only be issued once an inspection of the faulty sign has taken place. All the products listed for sale on our website should have the warranty period listed on the product detail page. If you have questions, please contact our WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER? We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.Can I return something now I’ve decided I don’t want it?We can accept returns up to 2 weeks after we have made an order either via our website or in our shop. Our products are fragile and we take pride in sending them out with care. Returns after 120 days will not be accepted and sent back to the customer..
