Our lead time is typically 2-3 weeks from order confirmation, but this can change on a daily basis, it just depends on how many orders we receive. Please enquire with us and we can give you an indication of up to date lead times. Custom orders typically arrive at your door within 3 weeks from day of deposit or full payment.

Our current Standard turnaround, for any order between 1-5 signs is around 3-5 business days. These turnarounds do not include transit time (15 business days depending on your location). Orders of 5+ signs will require a few extra days to get setup and produced.

Depending on your place in the production schedule, expect a wait of 3 weeks for your sign to be delivered. We will be able to discuss delivery times when your design is finalised. Depending on production schedule your sign will be completed within 3-5 days business days. UV printed acrylic backings add up to 2 days to production time. We will keep you updated on your production and let you know if any complications arise.

For the most accurate estimate, we recommend heading to the checkout page, where you can fill out your shipping information and receive an estimated delivery date and cost for your particular order.

However, based on the complexity of custom manufacturing, all due dates are estimated. While the great majority of our orders ship on time, we do not guarantee our ship dates or delivery dates.

Please note, during checkout, you’ll see an estimated delivery date. This date may be updated when you approve your proof. We do our very best to make these estimates as accurate as possible, but they are ultimately only estimates and we do not offer delivery date guarantees at this time.

After placing your order, you should receive a digital proof within 24 hours. You can make changes and go through as many proof rounds as you need to get your design the way you want it; you can cancel your order during the proofing cycle if necessary. However, the estimated ship date may be delayed if the proofing process is delayed.

Once you accept your proof, your order moves into Production and no further changes or cancellations are possible. Your order goes though several Production lines including printing, cutting, fabrication, QA, and packing for shipment.
