At Neon Nights, we offer free shipping worldwide for orders above $50, but please note that additional charges may apply for some islands or difficult access territories.

We work with trusted logistics partners DHL Express, FedEx, and UPS to ensure timely and secure delivery of your order. All deliveries sent by Neon Nights are insured against theft and accidental damage, so you can rest easy knowing that your order is protected.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO boxes, and shipping costs will be charged only once for partial shipments.

As most of our orders are custom-made, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for production and delivery after payment. However, we also offer an express delivery option (10-14 business days) for an extra charge, which you can select at checkout.
