Custom orders typically arrive at your door within 3 weeks from day of deposit or full payment. This can change on a daily basis, it just depends on how many orders we receive. Please enquire with us and we can give you an indication of up to date lead times.

Colour choices won’t effect pricing. The amount of light tube and the size of the sign determines the price. If you have questions about pricing or choices that can affect your order, our customer support team is happy to help!

All Neon Nights products come with an Arrive Safe Warranty to guaranteed against shipping breakage.

Please open your parcel as soon as it arrives. If your neon sign has arrived damaged, you will need to let us know within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for free replacement.

Our customer support team is happy to help. Attach detailed pictures of the broken sign. After reviewing and accepting your claim. We will send you a replacement neon free of charge.

12 Month Manufacturer Warranty

Our neons come with a 12 month manufacturer warranty – covering faulty items and indoor use only. As the neons are handmade to order, small smudges may appear on the tubing or acrylic due to the manufacturing process. It is not apparent when lit.
