If the cable has been pulled out of the tube, that can be soldered back in most cases.
It's not something that I can do for you free beyond the warranty period and you'll need to pay freight both ways.
You can get it repaired by a local electrician. I think that's your best bet. Your sparky will need to cut into the silicone to get to the led strip light. The job will be pretty straightforward for him otherwise.
If you'd like to order a replacement, you're welcome to, but I expect there is plenty of life left in that sign. If you have an electrician who can repair it. It'd be worthwhile repair.
